Is crack dangerous? Ive done weed for ages now... and my friends really wanna do crack. Are there any like serious risks or anything?

    crack is a thousand times more addictive that coke but can be dabbled with if u have experience.

    when I first really got into crack it would have had me hooked for a ges had I not been a speed addict for 8 months once.

    to me crack has little appeal anymore, the thought of it kinda makes me sick cos i've been through so many terrible addictions.

    Even heroin looses its appeal after doing so much stuff. They become easier to dabble with but are still dangerous due to withdrawals.

    u only having been on pills and weed will send u straight into an addiction as it will be the greatest experience u've ever had, but im tired of it, my throat cant take any more crack smoke cos its just too painful.

    I'd recommend u stay well clear.

    I agree dont go near it. The fact is, if u try it and like it you're likely to do it again. In my experience not many people enjoy crack, most prefere coke as its a much more sociable drug. Unfortunatly I was one of the few who loved it and stil do although I try to stick away from it nowdays.
    Id suggest u dont bother with either crack or coke, its just not worth it. Stck to a good drink if anything <IMG alt="image" SRC="http://www.thesite.org/ubb/smile.gif"&gt;

    I agree with the others...crack and coke are not even worth trying. The risks outweigh the enjoyment, so don't even contemplate it. If you like weed, stick with weed. Although there are risks with it, it is probably the least harmful and least expensive way to get high.

    It's worth noticing that the 3 people who have responded have all had crack/coke addictions at some point (I'm only recently out of rehab) and all of us want you to steer clear. Personally, after my coke experience, I wouldn't give the stuff to my worst enemy.

    Having read your question, and everyone elses answers I am also in agreement with everyone else. After smoking cannabis, then getting into the pill scene, i started doing A LOT of coke, then A LOT of crack, then cos I was so high did A LOT of heroin and resulted in a very costly addiction, not only finacially, but also mentally and physically. This went on for 3-5 years. In my experience and the experiences of others that I know, when you get into the crack scene theres a very high risk of getting into smack as well. What does everyone else think about this?

    I've been clean for 4 months now from everything, I just have the odd joint every now and then. Stick with the weed and stay well clear!!!
