i took 24k which is a ecstasy tablet. last night at 12:30 am and i havent been able to sleep AT ALL and my heart rate is sooo fast that it is making me short of breath and i dont know what to do. i have took ecstasy many many and i have never had problems like this!! it is 10:30 am now and my heart is still racing really bad. what shud i do?!!

coke brings you down from pills but I wouldn't advise you trying it. Just stay calm and wait, not much more you can do. Thats very strange.

it may bring u down from pills but obviously you are worried about how u r feeling as it isnt right,
mixing it with another drug now could be a bad thing,
when ive been getting like that which is what was happening to me last time i took one and when i have these flashbacks i just do what ever i feel like doing,
if i want a drink i have on, if i want food i have it, if i need to be sick i let myself, if i ge thot take something off, if ur cold put something on,
just try and make yourself as comfortable as possible,
my drugs counsellor told me when i get short of breath and my heart race goes up its good to put your hands on ur stomach sit down preferably with out your legs crossed so your blood can run freely thourgh your body and breath in for 7 seconds and out for 11, do it for as long as u like and count as fast or as slow as you like depending on whats comfortable for you,
eventually your breathing should calm down a little bit and ur heart rate should drop too,
i know how bad it feels when its pumping in ur chest and u can feel your heart like its gonna explode through ur ribcage,
I know ur post was quite a while ago but what i said might come in handy another time or for someone else,

Next time though, don't waste time turning on the computer...call an ambulance. Nobody here can actually help, so don't waste time typing when you could be in trouble.
Although most people here are honest and kind, they aren't always right. The advice you got from Harry was not only wrong, but could have killed you. (I'm going to start a new topic about this). You need to be extremely careful, and do your homework. Lousy advice can kill you otherwise.
