wanna know how to get away with not being searched on the street?

It goes like this-you are stopped on the street by a copper for no reason-you are not out to commit an offence, and you have not done recently.this is what you do.

If they try to search you, ask them if they suspect you are out to commit a crime.If you can give a reason for being where you are at that time, you are sorted.also, ask their grounds for stopping you.If they have no grounds, ask them this:"is section 60 of the criminal justice act in force in this area at this point in time?"if they say no, tell them to fuck off and walk away.if they say yes, give them the ultimatum-they show their paperwork (with a valid date and chief superintendent's signature, photocopy's count)or they arrest you.if they produce the paperwork, either prepare to be searched, or run like hell if you have drugs on you!!!

    Yeah right...u start spurting that shit in front of the police they'll bang u up in some nasty ass cell over the night with no food or blankets. There are a million good excuses to put u down for a night and if u do have n e thing on u ur fucked.

    When u get pulled over say ello to em, dont just try n walk away n dont spout any clever bullshit.
    They'll do a name check on you if u got a record they'll search u, if not they'll usually let u go unless u give them reason to be suspicious. If they got that reason theyre gonna search u anyway. Just if ur not a lippy know it all **** , they'll be less thorough on u,m and will probably let u off with a warning depending on how much they find. If ur lippy u'll get put away for a night.
    Just let em do there job n they'll go a lot easier on u, if u do get arrested for no reason then u get a lwayer n the lawyer can spout the official shit.

    Daze is right, this wouldn't work. They can search you if they want to, they have the right to, I tried this shit when I got stopped for wearing a trenchcoat. No im not a goth, I was carrying a rather large knife which one of my mates got from china. I told em to bog off but they didn't listen and I got searched. Still got the knife as it was legal to have in this country but cautioned for carrying it on the streets.

    occasionally I just wander round car parks looking dodgy for the fun of it and have been arrested so many times for acting suspicious and it never worked. I hung around outside a school for an hour once and some old bat called the police, I even gave em a worthy chase across town on my bike before getting stopped. just lauged in their face and spent some time in a cell for it.

    ha ha ha, that definatly wouldnt work in my area either! U get banged up just givinf the coippers a dirty look round here.
