The Greatest officially recorded number of children born to one mother is 69. In twenty-seven different pregnancies she gave birth to 16 pairs of twins, 7 sets of triplets and 4 sets of quadruplets.

    my nanas sister had 22 children. That included 4 sets of twins.

    Only 15 survived though.

    My nana had 11.

    Since her last pregnancy was in 1765 I doubt it's a problem anymore. :D

    Lol but still, she must have had like 20 at around the same time....otherwise she'd be like 200...

    And no....i don't like hard work, i just LOVE kids ;)
