I'll be backpacking around Venezuela with a group of friends this summer...

Can anyone give me suggestions for decent low-budget hotels for some R&R on the coastline?

Or any other general advice you'd like to pass on? Thanks.

    One of our mods is married to someone from Venezuela (I'm pretty certain anyway) - sadly he's away over their with his family for holiday until the week after next. I'll make sure I point out the thread to El Gringo when he comes back though.
