    I'm not able to quote from my own life, but a friend of mine is a bodybuilder, yum yum <IMG alt="image" SRC="smile.gif" border="0"> , and they definitely work for him. But check up on ALL the facts, long term stuff, side effects etc before you make a decision O.K.?
