Um... a satsuma and a yellow plum with breakfast, snacked on some raisins, thick fresh carrot and coriander soup for lunch and spinach with my dinner. Yes then :)

I tend to come in between 3 and 5 portions a day, i think. It helps that we get a hippy box - it kind of forces us to use a lot of veg!

Two plums and an innocent smoothie. I normally do better (although mainly with fruit, I'm not so great with vegetables).

Edit: Ooo, completely forgot, I had a ready to eat pack of mango at lunchtime too :D

Had sweet potato, onions and leeks in my dinner, and some orange juice as well. Haven't had orange juice for aaages, it's so yummy. So yes, I have had my 5 a day today.

By the way, would anybody count baked beans as veg? I was wondering because other pulses like chickpeas and butterbeans do count.

Apricots, strawberries, grapes, a banana and cranberry juice for breakfast.

    Banana with lunch.

    Sweetcorn for dinner.

I tend to have as many as possible with breakfast, usually 5 so any in addition to that is a bonus.

    I've had today:
    Raisins
    Grapes
    Orange
    Banans
    Cranberry juice
    Peas

But my god I have a sweet tooth today and I have been eating lots of chocolate. I always panic on days like this, it was a fairly piggish day yest too. So I will be strict for the next couple of days.

So far I've had 2 pints of lemon squash (which was 19p a litre probably doesn't count :p) but I shall cook later and have some apple juice and maybe make my 5!

i don't think lemon squash counts - and even if it did having 2 glasses would only count as one portion of your 5.

    i've had 3 today.
