    Depends which one you use.

    I use the Mcleans whitening and it has worked pretty well. You wanna make sure you get one with 'Triclene' in. At least I think thats how its spelt.

    They wont get your teeth to moviestar white but they get rid of the stains so they appear a lot whiter.
