alright,Im a 16 year old male now in sixth form college. i think i Have a BO problem, actually i do. it started 2 years ago when iwas in 3rd year secondary school. i noticed that my mates started to hesitate sitting next to me in class,and was the early stages.
as time went on i was constantly worrying about it, getting nervous and sweating. its not so much the sweating, but the smell. No one has confronted me yet but i know it s there. ive lost all self-confidence, i dont get involved in group conversations. i cant have a girlfriend untill i get rid of the problem. in my bag to school im constantly bringing 2 deodrants and cologne, constantly nipping off two the toilet two spray. ive had enough and i want two get rid of it. Can anyone help?

    Some people do perspire more than others so you're not a freak. BO comes from the decomposing bacteria in your drying sweat so start off by bathing/showering at least twice a day.
    Secondly, use an anti-perspirant rather than just a deodorant. Anti-perspirants help to stop your sweat glands secreting sweat. You can use an anti-perspirant/deodorant combination but avoid deodorant-only products - then use your cologne afterwards. If your anti-perspirant does not work, shop around until you find one that does.

    this may sound stupid, but do u regularly wash ur armpits? every time u have a bath/shower (preferably once a day, mayb more) u shud just get the flannel, some soap and scrub fairly hard, 2 make sure u get everything off. it harder 4 blokes of course, coz there's hair there that it cud get stuck 2, but try this and it shud get better. <IMG alt="image" alt="image" SRC="http://www.thesite.org/ubb/biggrin.gif"&gt;

    If you cut your hairs under your arms down to about 1/2 an inch & then wash the underarms with Cydal soap (anti-bacterial) then use an unperfumed deoderant. This I promise will help you. I told someone this years ago & he was desparate & it worked & changed his whole life. For the first time he got a girlfriend. What you must remember is that the smell is caused by the bacteria growing in colonies - yuk!
