Hi people. The bottom line is: I need some tips on losing some weight. I dont need to lose a lot of weight, probably about a stone.. before I feel comfortable. I am 17-year-old lad. I would be grateful for any excercise tips or on what to eat when you are hungry. Cheers.

Are you really overweight? The best thing to do is see your GP or clinic nurse and get a checkup to find out what your ideal weight range is.
If you're a teenager, your skeleton could still be growing and a drastic weight loss regime now could cause you problems in the future.
Regular gentle exercise is a good idea for everybody, and so is a balanced diet.
