    Hi Akasha Ruth

Problems from an epidural should not last for 2 years! Try to get your GP to refer you to a back specialist. Back pain can have many causes eg. torn muscles and ligaments, arthritis, pinched nerves, and so on.

If you don't know what the exact nature of the problem is, some self-help methods could do more harm than good.

I get back problems from dancing and as a result of not eating properly and not growing like I should have! Its nothing major for me but I also added to my back pain when I had an epidural! They do say this can happen but like Karla said its not usually for that long I dont think!
