Redwatch

Former MemberFormer Member Posts: 1,876,323 The Mix Honorary Guru
Somebody I know is on Redwatch for attending an anti-BNP rally, but it's just his face and not his name.

Should I tell him?

Does anybody take Redwatch seriously?

I cannot cease laughing for the depth and intellect of your sense of humour. :yeees:

Undoubtedly some of the people on there will be environmentalists, some are anti-fascists, LGBT activists, other human rights activists ect. But as the name implies, it seems mainly focussed on socialists (hence Redwatch). I think it's just the right throwing their toys out of the pram that some people disagree with them... I just don't want an of those toys aimed at the guy I know who I've seen on there.

Basically it's run by far right white supremicists.

There's loads of sites with watch at the end, usually right-wing turd.
  • Former MemberFormer Member Posts: 1,876,323 The Mix Honorary Guru
I'd tell him. Chances are most of the people on it are more mouth than trousers, but there's a few extremists about and its better to be kniow about these things.

Some of the lecturers and ex-students from York uni are on there/were on there.

I know people will read this now think im a racist for bening a bnp supporter but way it is these days
  • Former MemberFormer Member Posts: 1,876,323 The Mix Honorary Guru
Why would they think that? Everyone knows the BNP is the party of love, peace and racial harmony.

I had to Google it, and I laughed my head off when I saw this picture at the bottom of the welcome page.

Do students really get paid to go to rallys? IMO sounds a bit like propaganda.

As for your friend Namaste, if it was me personally I'd tell them, of course you don't want them to be scared, but still... I guess I'd want to know if it was me!

It is propaganda in away but both side are bad as eachother for doing that, like far as the anti nazi league serchlight think at bnp meetings we all just stand about talking about nazis hitler and how we all want shave out hair off and run about with our arms in the air. As i been to a few meets and brought my dad to a few there so not what you think they are.

My first one i really did't know what to expect but when i got there it was all old men and woman who really do feel like the bnp are a party who stand for them and offer what none of the other partys out there have.

Alot of them see the bnp as the old labour for the working class and can see where they come from becuase if you look at some of the things they do want and stand for they do strey to the left.

As for the crack about "party of love, peace and racial harmony." NOW whos listening to the propaganda?

Nottmlad, one of the principles of our society as a whole, and this forum in particular, is tolerance of other people, and I expect the mods won't take it lightly that you feel homosexuals should "be named and whatever happens to them happens".

Feel free to stay and contribute to a constructive debate - but you can't advocate violence and intolerance on these boards.

Yeah, I'm sure the BNP don't just discuss Nazi material, Redwatch is not entirely BNP eitheir, it is C18, NF and other White Power type groups. I've met a few BNP supporters myself, one of them is one of my best mates and unfortunately, he is racist and hates Muslims. The guy who tattoos me also is a BNP supporter and doesn't like foreigners. It is easy to see the difference between somebody who has working class values and who doesn't like gays or blacks.

To be honest I don't see how anybody who has a grasp of politics can vote BNP, or anybody who believes in equality, but then that is me. Just like the RESPECT Party and the SWP target black working class groups and make them victims and throw race cards all over the place, the BNP target white working class people and throw "kick all the darkies out" cards.

Nah. What they think is that the BNP would like to kick all darkies out of the country.

    Are they wrong?

Can't see why. Did Labour use to believe in racial supremacy and was it its goal to kick out all non-whites from the country?
As for the crack about "party of love, peace and racial harmony." NOW whos listening to the propaganda?
For someone who's gone to meetings and marches you seem surprisingly unaware of what the BNP stands for.

Are you even aware of their manifesto?

And what about the "sickos" that run heterosexual bondage sites? Do they deserve to be named and shamed too? What's your problem with the owner of that site? Or are you just sticking your nose into someone else's private business, and what they choose to do in their spare time?

ETA: Incidentally, was that bloke on noncewatch? If so, why? Do you even know what nonce means?

I know what you mean... Take this sick fucko for instance. His name and address should be made public and whatever happens to the sick cunt happens eh?
  • Former MemberFormer Member Posts: 1,876,323 The Mix Honorary Guru
That's not true... Kermit actually convinced me once that some people should have to earn the right to vote... :p

Everyone just remember that debating these issues is always difficult - and please avoid personal insults (I know there haven't been any so far but Blagsta hasn't turned up yet ;) )

Thank you for putting words in our mouths. So can you explain how your support for the BNP isn't racist?
As for the crack about "party of love, peace and racial harmony." NOW whos listening to the propaganda?

    Okay, you say it's propaganda.

    So which part is incorrect?
Have you seen some of the sick fucks that are on there and they should be named and whatever happens to them happens

What do you mean by this statement?

Do you, for example, condone lynching? ABH/GBH, burning thier house down? Or do you mean that the law should prevail?

Can you not understand people's reaction when they hear that you're a supporter of the BNP? It wasn't so long ago that we had Nick Griffin up on charges of inciting racial hatred - a charge which was patently true after having seen the hidden video footage.

What is it about the BNP and their policies that you agree with?

Kicking non-whites out of countries is not racial supremacy. The BNP are not white supremacists, they're white nationalists.

Or to put it simply, racist cunts.

Either way, subhuman scum of the worst kind.

Why are you so hung up the race issuie we talk less about it then anyone else.... i know the bnp are not perfect far from it there are some things they stand for that i dont but some of the stuff they stand for i do. The main one being they fly the flag of this country and proud of it and i know what you all think if you fly the flag of your country and im not talking about football that you must be a raicst and true i see someone flying a union jack out there window i do think he prob is abit of a racist but way it see it in this fucked up pc land we live in if you want to be proud of your country your seen as i racist and so be it. But like to say i have 2 cousins who are mixed race i dont want to see them packed up and sent out the country. Im fighting a losing battle here as im always going to be seen as the bad guy but i know there are lots more people out there are like minded who dont want to stand by and have to take all the crap about not offending other races and religions even though they can piss all over us and ours and you know it.

I don't see anything wrong with being patriotic or even nationalist to a degree.

Though it is strange that you support a party that advocates the repatriation of non-whites to their homes (where ever the fuck that may be?) but don't want your mixed-race cousins to leave the country at the same time?
