This is probably going to sound a bit weird, but here goes.
When I was about 14/15ish and I first started drinking, I could put back quite a lot. I was only ever once sick from drinking, even though I drank quite a bit, quite often.
Due to loads of nasty horrible things happening to me when I'd been drinking, I gave it up altogether from 16 to 18.
When I started drinking again, I got into a horrible stage. No matter how little I drink now, I normally end up being sick. I can have 2 5%ish drinks at 9pm, feel completely sober, but I wake up between 4 and 6am afterwards and throw up.
The only thing that I can think has changed in that time is that 1) I'm a lot bigger, which should make me less of a lightweight if anything and 2) I became a vegetarian.
I was also told that some people who have had overdoses end up not being able to hold their drink, but I haven't seriously OD'd for years. Could it be that it takes a while for your body to really be affected by overdoses?
help!

I was just wondering if you're on any anti-depressents?
I'm on prozac and it makes me a right light weight.
What makes the desert beautiful is that somewhere it hides a well.

It matters not who won or lost, but how you place the blame.
