    NHS Direct
From what that says, I should see a doctor Amira.
*hug* Is there someone you can call to be with you and take you to a doctor?

    Hugs Amira.

You need to call your GP.

The first thing to do is try and stay calm about it... is it possible that it can be as you described, a really heavy period? I know you said you were due on recently so are you still in the first couple of days of your period? These are always so much heavier for me... clots are also quite common as far as I understand.

You also mentioned the fact your cycle has recently become regular, I don't have any experience of this but if you came on when you were due on, it sounds like it would be an unlikely conincidence for you
to miscarry and be due on at the same time?

Do you have a medical phone line where you are? We have the NHS Direct who are very good at giving advice, alternatively perhaps ring your doctor? Especially the one who has been aware of you trying to get pregnant?

    *gives you a supportive hug...

nope not really, the blokey is still at work...and i dont want to tell family. Do i still need to go to the doctor if it is this early on?

ETA: im on my second day but i havent been this heavy ever including the time i didnt have a period for three months :s I think im going to sit here till omar comes home, see what he says.

yes, I think so, especially in your circumstances.

How long till he gets home?

Is there not anyone you could call to go with you to the dr? a friend perhaps?

hes on his way now, so he shouldnt be long. I dont really want to tell family and friends, so hes my only option.

I just spoke to the nurse at my GPs and she said even if it is a miscarriage, as its happened so early on i should be ok and not really need to go in. But she said if the heavy bleeding continues more than a usual period i should go in.

Not a lot to add other than support, hopefully your bloke is home now and you've been to see your doctor if it continued. Oh, and it's probably pointless saying it now but they do ask you to save any tissue that comes out - as dreadful as that sounds.

It's an awful, awful situation to be in (or even think you're in, to be honest!), no matter how early the pregnancy may be.

    Thinking of you x

Amira, sorry I wasn't online to give you any support. How are you feeling today? As Splodgey said it may just be because your periods are getting regular now. I hope you're feeling better, unfortunately there's nothing I can really say to try make you feel any better. Take care xx
