    I use mature cheddar.

    It's a cheese toastie if you make it in a toastie maker.

    I sometimes just put a bit of bread under the grill and melt cheese on the top, then put worcester sauce on it if I have any! :yum:

    :yes: I love cheese and marmite toasted bagels. Starbucks do a cheese and marmite panini but it's a rip-off like the coffee.

    Marmite and anyuthing rocks, as said in my other thread beans on marmite toast and scrambled eggs on marmite toast..... mmmmmm!

    cheese on toast = mature cheddar

    grilled cheese sandwich = brie. The best is brie, cranberry and turkey.

    Sandwich shop next to work do a great panini with it!

    Try Scotch Bonnets and cheddar cheese deep fried. Beautiful.
