Things to cook in a wok

I just got a wok. Anyone got any cooking techniques or know some nice recipes?

I made chicken chow mein the other day, was nice :) very easy too.

What's the best oil to use? I generally use sunflower oil.

I cook nearly everything I eat in a wok :) well, not a proper wok, it's one of those tefal ones with a flat bottom.

as Girl_gunner said, I use olvie, sesame, or chilli oil most of the time.

I do stir fries in a wok, just vegetable ones with straight to wok (SO YUMMY) noodles and a cheating jar of Sharwood's Black Bean sauce.

You can also make pancakes in a wok!

Yeah same, i can't be bothered with saucepans my stuff just flys over the side!

Use whatever oil you like it depends what your cooking, i find sesame oil is nice sometimes if you are cooking a stir fry.

Curries are pretty good to make in a wok, lots of room to stir etc.

 that's a good one. my tefal one's lasted years, I'm quite impressed it hasn't been ruined since being at uni.
