Lots Of Spyware, Cant Get Rid Of, HELP NEEDED!

Right, ive got lots of obvious spyware on my pc that i just cant get rid of even with spybot and norton, and someone has use my credit card because theyve seen me type in my details! Can anyone tell me how i can overcome this situation or what sort of software will get rid of it all..

    Reinstall windows, - you should have a disc with the computer - you'll get the option to format the hard drive at the same time.

    I suggest you visit a local PC hardware store. If you dont know how to format the hard drive, its best you let someone else who does tackle it.

    Yeah take it to PC World or something like that.

    Are you sure about this? Because its quite unlikely that you will have phishing software on a home pc, normally it just checks the websites you visit and sometimes makes you look at adverts.

    I can't be much help to the original question, but for the love of god, do not take it to PC World. They're so useless that it's not even funny. (At least, the Stafford one, and the one nearest to my mate (Birmingham way) is. I'd assume it follows a trend.

    I wouldn't recommend hijack this to someone who isn't sure. It can do a lot of damage too, and then you'd end up needing a format/clean install anyway.

    I use it all the time and it gets all the spyware.
    but I guess your right as there are lots of stubborn spyware that wont come off.
