    I'm into bagels at the moment as they're on offer at Sainsburys'. The sesame ones are scrummy whem toasted to bring out the flavour of the seeds :yum:

    I've been seeing a lot of 'slow fermented' bread lately too. What's slow fermenting supposed to do ?

    un sliced bread is ace. then you can cut a really thick slice, toast it, add a little butter and eat. ace. :yum:

    why does un sliced bread cost more than sliced? surely more effort goes into slicing it
