    Waiting for his results?! As if thats gonna do any good! If you've got a lump, you go to the doctor.

    well its not as bad as his sounds but i do worry, its next to my spine, bout 1cm diameter and round, doesn't hurt, been there for ages now.

    dunno what to do.

    i got the wrong end of the stick (as usual) i thought u were both goin to the doctors.

    Harry, u shud go too. Why are u w8in 4 chris' results? It's probably sumfink completely different, there are all different types of lumps.

    back cancer eh? thats a new one. anyway guys i went to the docs and he said i gotta go and have a scan! he was honest ans said that it may well be cancer, but im not sure, its all the way down the left side of mt back,left side of neck, left arm, left shoulder. it has spread alot. i dont wanna think the worst at the mo. im gonna have my scan on monday! thats pretty good for the NHS. anyway ill keep u informed!

    Geez yeah good luck... one of those times u wish it just Acne or some skin problems I guess...

    I got a lump on my arm if thats any consolement to u 2, just under a freckle style thing, so I had that checked out, told I had to go for tests n I got the all clear n now the lump has pretty much gone now <IMG alt="image" alt="image" SRC="http://www.thesite.org/ubb/smile.gif"&gt;

    how did the scan go? do u have to wait ages 4 the results or did u get them str8 away?

    its was a cat scan, where u go in that massive tunnel thing, its really loud in there. anyway the results were that i now need a ortopsy, cause there is somin there but they have to see if it is malignant, damn im getting scared now, have my ortopsy next week.

    Isn't an autopsy o to dead bodies to discover how they died??
    I've not lost my mind it's inserted elsewhere - hence the limp.

    I thought that was a post mortem ?

    chris, if your doc is gonna give you an autopsy, be scared, he'd have to kill you first!! autopsy and post mortem are the same thing.

    i hope you mean biopsy !!!!!!

    i was just worrying about the ethics of chris's doctor!!

    but i hope it all goes well for you chris, i bet they find its just a cyst or benign lump of some sorts. and we're all here if you ever need to talk or anything <IMG alt="image" alt="image" SRC="http://www.thesite.org/ubb/smile.gif"&gt;
