If I was to buy something online, would it be possible for me to return the item to my local store if I wasn't happy with it or anything?

    on their website it doesnt seem to have an option for returning to the store, it just says all items being returned should be posted to the address on the website.

    I recently bought something online from JJB and managed to take it back to one of their stores. I would however suggest you taking some I.D with you, yes really. The manager wouldn't refund my item without some form of I.D (not a bank card!). So I wasted 3 hours getting to the store just be turned away.

    Went back the week after to another store and that manager didn't even ask me for I.D, I was annoyed to say the least. :mad:
