Rachael's thread got me thinking.....anyone got any ideas for a fun anti-Valentine's sort of thing to do? What's the best (non) Valentine's day you had...with friends, etc? And what did you do? Trying to think of some fun things to do with my friends (as there are a few of us that are single). :thumb:

No...I meant something NICE to do on Valentine's Day!!! For single people!! To remind you why it's so great being single or something!!!
I'm not anti Valentine's Day, I just can't take part...know what I mean??
Hmmm..Maybe go out clubbing with friends but make a pact that if a guy or whoever tries it on not to go along. Sleepover afterwards!
If anyone has had a recent break-up or is very maudlin about Valentine's Day in general it is a good idea for them to only drink in moderation. I have seen some girls in a right state of a distress on what is supposed to be a fun, carefree night.
Fuck that lol, when I broke up with my girlfriend and she went out with my best mate, I went out and got as wasted as possible! lol good times
Last years Valentines was shit. I had started dating a girl and i hadnt that to deal with it before and she said not to bother with anything, so i didnt. And she got pissed off. Fucking women, SAY WHAT YOU FUCKING MEAN YOU TARTS
Oooh feisty Renzo
Probably gonna be alot of single people about
Ha ha ha!!! I sympathise Renzo....reckon girls like that give us girls a bad name!! I'm all for saying what you mean...
Actually, think Briggi's right on this one....when you're a pissed off, pissed up girl, it can get pretty messy!!!! Maybe it's different if you're a bloke??
:chin: OK - get dressed up, go out clubbing, have some drinks...yeah...that'll be fun!! And the 'no pulling' clause sounds like a good idea too!! :thumb:
Hey - you edited that pretty quick!!!!

Bit different for blokes. Though saying that I have had to console a few male friends at kicking out time before, poor buggers. Depends on the person I suppose.
as for you Renzo I remember those shenanigans last year. I feel wrong just saying this, but in all honesty it was pretty bloody naive of you to take her at her word on the subject of a first Valentine's Day gift -- that is one of the very bottom rungs on the "understanding b]most[/b women" ladder. Always, always have a little something as a back up gift and you are highly unlikely to end up in the doghouse :thumb:
I was naive though. I hadn't had a proper girlfriend before, let alone over Valentines Day. Oh well, no need to fork out this year either.:D
The same thing we do every year Pinky... Masturbate alone.
Owing to recent crap happenings, I've come to the conclusion that women, fundamentally, are completely mental and thus suck big time.
If I fancied men, I'd so turn gay.
God knows what I'm going to do on St. Valentine's Day (though there was more than one St. Valentine). Pot Noodle and a wank probably.
Oh, and I'll go to one of the banks and look at their investment valuation department. Wheee, money!
Ha. My ex of 3 years never once bought me a valentines present or valentines card. He didn't believe in it (or cards - I never once got a christmas or birthday card). I always spent a fortune on him though. He was just a bit tight despite having lots of money. Despite me being his girlfriend, he never treated me at all
This year isn't going to be that much of a change really. Just means I don't have to buy anyone anything this year
Anti V-Day cards are always an awesome touch
