i got a lump, im scared!

I first found this lump on ym shoulder about 3 years ago. It has never gone away, for the first 6 months i went through depression, well it wasnt diagnosed but i was very anti-social and cried alot, i was like 13 at the time. but it has spread alot, down the lest side of my back, and it constantly hurts. im too scared to go to thje docs. i know it sounds stupid, but i dont wanna know if it is what i think it is. i thought it would have killed me by now.i dont wanna be depressed again. this is the first time i have spoken abou this in 2 years. it just is really hurting. what do i do!

    Go to the doctor. There is no other solution. It might well not be cancer, but it could be. The sooner you go the sooner you can
    a) find out if you have a problem and what it is.
    b) come to terms with it, get support from those around you.
    c) get it treated and start to recover.

    If it is something serious, you know full well that if you wait too long it may not be treatable.

    I really hope you're ok, but you need to know. Go to the doctor asap. Good luck.
