  Everyone said JFK was young and inexperienced and wouldn't be president.
  
  Look what happened to him (before he got shot I mean)
  
  Funnily enough if he hadn't have had all those medical issues and back problems, then he wouldn't have been wearing a back Brace, and the first shot in the neck would have knocked him forward.

  But then if he didnt have those health problems he probably wouldnt have had such nice skin and that lovely tan (those came from the medicines he took) which helped him against Nixon.
