.. because I'm no good at explaining things.

So, I was talking to someone the other day who was reading this book but I can't remember the name, author or anything really... the only thing I do is its written by a doctor, with experiences and different things about different mental disorders. I swear the title has something to do with a wife and thinking shes a hat rack?... I've been googling and looking on amazon for like an hour and have almost given up.

He was talking about this one bit of the book where a group of people with aphasia were watching a presidential speech and unable to comprehend what the president was saying, they were cracking up laughing by reading all of the nonverbal expressions and speech and interperting them and what they all got out of it was along the lines of 'I am lying'
