    Look like crap, tired as hell, my weekend of hard work has just finished, and its technically tuesday now.

    Feeling damned good though, got a few days off now, so I'm relaxing nicely.

    Well I've not washed since Friday and I think it shows. My hair looks shit and it's all knotty so I don't brush it either and its all greasy. But my clothes are clean.

    i look fine but the same as yesterday and the day before etc etc. i have a spot between my eyebrows and a bruise/cut on my nose from where i gave it a good whack with my hairdryer! :impissed:

    I hangin today.

    Did pills an drank solidly from thurs night through to sunday morning. Yesterday was bad, today I'm worse. I've got a stinking cold, I look and feel liek shit.

    Bit shit. Had a bloody busy day, and it shows. Plus the arctic conditions (ok, very slight snow and smidge of ice) has made me into a living Rudolph homage.

    However, my hair looks chuffing marvellous. :thumb:

    I look shit, I have ran out of all my toilettries so my hair is a mess, and I've no foundation left and my skin's a mess as my period's due in a few days. I pure rival a pizza face, ha.

    Today I have been mostly in gym gear.

    Ran a few miles (fookin' freezing, so that sucked)... Home, food, shower etc... Then I cycled to the gym and had a major workout.

    Looking very worn out but pumped. So good and bad.

    Just running a hot bath to soak in before bed and then have training again tomorrow so more of the same.

    I *did* have a shave though ;)
