this has to be a piss take?

    1) stop eating all the pies AKA eat a healthy and balanced diet.
    2) general weight loss will also take away the man boobs (or moobs) so lead a more active lifestyle.

If you are obese - pretty much any exercise will reduce them in size.

I think having 'man boobs' is gonna be a sensitive subject either way. Usually men with them are obese I thought?

me neither, and it case it wasn't I'm sure you made him feel much better now, lucifer.

OP: I do not know which kind of physical activities you do, but even if it sounds blunt, as g_angel said, pretty much everything will reduce them, if you are not doing much.

Try cardiovascular training like jogging or biking. Biking is very good and it's easy to improve, how long you can go, keep in mind that you have to go at least ~25 minutes tho, so it has an effect and fat burning is taking place.

Try to cut down your diet if you are eating much. Eat more little meals throughout the day, less fat, less sugar. that's a start.

Press ups, crunches, anything that excersises the abdominal/pectoral area will help. Swimming is probably your best bet, or boxing maybe. Something that involves punching will certainly help. My boobs are firm and perky since i started martial arts... then again im a girl so Im made differently.. but it can't hurt to try!

Every man has breast, its a normal thing. When you loose weight they will become smaller, much so that it wouldnt be noticable through a shirt or anything. Trust me I know how you feel =P, I used to be a little chubby when I was younger b4 I lost it all.

you might the article from TheSite.org here useful to provide a few more facts than the replies so far, so have a read. As you'll see this is an issue that isn't necessarily connected to being overweight.

Hope this helps and take it easy :)

I heard that swimming only helps you tone, not lose weight.

    Eh?

Any aerobic exercise will help you burn fat, whilst also helping to tone the muscle.

Up to approx 45-60 minutes of exercise, the body will burn the energy stored in the body fat. Any more and the body starts to break down the muscle tissues, hence keeping the energy stored in the body fat in reserve.
