So now that I have finally managed to replace my POS with a brand spanking new PC what games do you all recommend.

A top 10 essentials if you like. I'm into just about every genre just not keen on football playing games like Fifa.

Civilization 4 - I've never played it but I used to love all the Civ games.

Don't really play computer games much but i would reccommend either a Civ or Champ manager game. They've never let me down.

(Or flog your pc and get an N64 and mario karts and put some retro in your life!)

well, if you don't just crave the best of modern times graphics I recommend Deus Ex to you. It will REALLY keep you occupied for a few days/week, and the story is brilliant.

Neverwinter Nights. You can get a premium/gold package now of the original and 2 expansion packs for about £20.

Neverwinter Nights 2, now all the bugs seem to of been fixed.

    Keep them coming guys.

I have FM2007 and not disappointed. Loved the earlier version and this one just as good.

I have played Civ4 and might track that down for home. I have one of the Elder Scrolls on the Xbox and enjoyed so that looks like a keeper as does Neverwinter Nights.

I have Star Wars Lego I & II on Xbox and PSP so no desire for PC also.

I'll have a look at Planescape as well.

    :)
