Diet and Exercise.

best thing is to prob eat diet food depending on how much u wanna loose. u can get some really nice diet food that will fill u up without fattening u up! for instance, special K bars, only 90 cals, 1.0g fat and yummy!
exercise doesnt always guarenttee weight loss cos i know someone who trained for ages for a marathon run and thought "yeh, kool way to loose weight" and she ataully put it on because it was muscle and she looked really thin so you'd think she'd lost weight but she had put it on!
However, always check wiv a doc b4 starting crash diets and exercise!!
love saz

eat fruit and vegetables. sounds cliched and boring, but they're apparently "negative calories" - your body burns more calories digesting them than it gains by eating them! plus they give you lots of vitamins, which is always good

but don't live entirely on fruit and veg! the general idea is try not to eat more than one bar of chocolate/packet of sweets/bag of crisps a day, no sugar in your coffee etc, walk instead of catching the bus . . .

Drink plenty of water! fills you up as well as being good for you. And water is also a negitive calorie thing, something like minus 50 calories per gram, ur body will burn off some to make use of it.

I agree. Crash diets may work in the short term but as well as being dangerous you also put the weight back on as soon as you start eating normerly again. As has been said the best way to lose weight (tone up) is to be sensible about what you eat and combine it with excercise. Just don't let it rule your life.

If you go to your docotor s/he'll be able to help you come up with a plan, telling you what to eat when etc. It's great if you find it difficult to stick to 'healthy eating' usually and there's no 'Oh, I'll start tomorrow'! And yeah, walk everywhere

The best things to eat are water based food like soup. Im on soup at the min and im lossing. There no point aiming for more than 2 pounds a week becuase you can only loose 2 pounds a week of fat the rest is valuable water!!!
Umm im on a diet (includes chocolate etc... like normla and im lossing slowly) Aftera stone by july 1.

I lost about a stone by just cutting down on all the shit I eat.
For some bizarre reason I always used to stand round munching on a Kit Kat when I was waiting for my dinner.
Idiotic me.
