Losing Weight?

Former MemberFormer Member Posts: 1,876,323 The Mix Honorary Guru
I'm 26, my height is 5'5" and I weight 53kg. Is there any form of 'safe' weight-loss pills without any side effects around?

dont even go there, what happened to the old fashioned way - healthy diet and exercise regime.

pisses me off people whinging about their weight when they havnt got the gump to get off their arses and actually physically try and do someting instead of looking for an easy way out of it

You do know that you are at your ideal weight according to BMI calculators, don't you?

    Wow, how sad you are.

I would waste more time chatting with you but quite frankly, I'm bored.

Plus there is the fact that this is of no help to the topic.

I'm wondering why the hell you'd want to lose weight?

I weight the same as you, am an inch shorter, and get accused of being too skinny...

And I only know one person who took diet pills, and she wound up in hospital after taking them.

whatever's wrong with good ol-fashioned diet and exercise?

    *claps*
I don't trust diet pills as far as I can thr... no, wait, bad cliche <IMG SRC="tongue.gif" border="0" ALT="icon">

The best way by far to lose weight is old fashioned healthy eating and exercise in moderation. Besides, apparently you seem to be a healthy weight anyway, so where's the problem?

    Leese - grow up

As for diet pills - everyone else has said the right things...DON'T USE THEM, you're weight is healthy...maybe you should just consider doing some exercise to tone up? Healthy eating and exercise should make you feel better about yourself.
