I'm 26, my height is 5'5" and I weight 53kg. Is there any form of 'safe' weight-loss pills without any side effects around?

Ah, tis my number one fan.
And you would know this how?
I'm sure you are, sweetie. <IMG SRC="rolleyes.gif" border="0" ALT="icon">
oh one step closer
Yes, you are one step closer and now so am I. <IMG SRC="rolleyes.gif" border="0" ALT="icon">
I would waste more time chatting with you but quite frankly, I'm bored.
Plus there is the fact that this is of no help to the topic.
I'm wondering why the hell you'd want to lose weight?
I weight the same as you, am an inch shorter, and get accused of being too skinny...
And I only know one person who took diet pills, and she wound up in hospital after taking them.
whatever's wrong with good ol-fashioned diet and exercise?
*claps*
I don't trust diet pills as far as I can thr... no, wait, bad cliche <IMG SRC="tongue.gif" border="0" ALT="icon">
The best way by far to lose weight is old fashioned healthy eating and exercise in moderation. Besides, apparently you seem to be a healthy weight anyway, so where's the problem?

As for diet pills - everyone else has said the right things...DON'T USE THEM, you're weight is healthy...maybe you should just consider doing some exercise to tone up? Healthy eating and exercise should make you feel better about yourself.
