Dizzy Spells

Sometimes just out of the blue I will fell dizzy or like light headed somedays I will feel this a couple times and other days I won't get this at all. It only lasts for about a minute or so. Any idea what this could be??

    It could be anaemia, or you may not have eaten enough...

    Go see your GP, who can give you a blood test and talk about what else it could be.

    It could be thyroid disease see a doctor they will be able to diagnose through a blood test.
