Former MemberFormer Member Posts: 1,876,323 The Mix Honorary Guru
As a result of an accident which it would be best not too delve into I have ginger tinted eyebrows and am wondering how too sort them out????
I have got an eyebrow pencil which was embarassing enough too buy (Im a guy by the way) but thats not gonna sort me out permanently is it. But Ive heard so many things about eyebrows not growing back if you dont pluck them right etc etc but I REALLY want my natural dark brown brows back so any tips???

i know this is going to horify you, but you can have them tinted dark at a salon-type place for around a tenner.

but hey. ginger eyebrows vs. horror of going into girly beauty place.... your choice...

OK But say I just left them- would they eventually grow out? And how long would that be?
And If I cut the ginger bits off would the hair all grow back my natural colour?

Im tempted with the tinting thing- Is a "girly" place the only place I can get them done? And it will be EXACTLY my natural colour.
Im just going too have too go for it although Im not sure where too go around here right now

I read somewhere that the average life of an eyebrow hair is only about 8 weeks.

not sure if that's true or not...

but if it is you should have your natural colour back in 8 weeks.

You can dye your eyebrows at home, can't you?
I remember my mate buying some eyelash dye (don't see the problem with mascara myself) and for some reason decided I should be the one to do it for her. Maybe to blame me if it all went wrong, I don't know. But I'm sure that in that little leaflet it said something about how it could be used on eyebrows.
I haven't got a clue where you could get the stuff from (Boots or Superdrug probably) but I'm sure it exists.

How did you get them ginger in the first place??
