i know this sounds really lame but, deep breathing, maybe a bit of yoga, though nothing too strenuous because you'll seize up and also, as someone who has taken loads of exams, take my advice and just remind yourself that these exams are not the end of the world and they will be over sooner than you think! <img src="http://www.stopstart.fsnet.co.uk/Gif/homercrawl.gif" alt="image"> [/IMG]

Cheers, I've got a 2 hour yoga class booked for this weekend woohoo!

I took gripe water (for babies with colic) about 30 mins ago and its actually helped settle my stomach!

    Hiya,

Quite a common problem in the revision season. Try getting some gentle, regular exercise (yoga or swimming are both good) and do regular relaxation exercises (go to a class or buy a tape).

Sip a little cold water, and try to eat a small amount of something bland in the morning: milk and cereal/toast/a biscuit etc. Keep eating regular meals and snacks, even if you don't feel too hungry, because if your blood sugar dips too low it can make that horrible sickly feeling worse.

Good thing exams don't last forever

Im doing my exams at the moment too. And had that this morning. What i did was take really deep breathes, have a nice shower. Also there are oils you can get to put on your pressure points which help you to relax.
