  i get a stomach cramp the day before it starts so i always know. Its quite useful but v painful.

  The changes that happen other females don’t really happen to me before I get my period, cramping and such. I can’t time my period either, however, I usually know it’s coming a day or two before because all of the sudden I feel more social, I have an increase in appetite and food cravings, and my sense of smell seems stronger and certain smells make me a little queasy.
