Does anybody know by chance if there are attually any addictive stuff in redbull or any other "energy" drinks... just curious cause i drink a hell of a lot of it as im in a very physical job and its long hours so every little bit of energy i can muster helps but as i said i was just wondering if theres anything addictive in it?...

I wouldn't drink too much of it though! I'm sure it can't be good for you. I know after I've had it the next say it feels like my stomach is rotting.
You really shouldn't rely on that to get you through the day. Have a banana instead they have loads of energy!
The stuff in it doesn't exactly do your health any huge favours, and when the affects wear off your body is left less alert and more drained, so you need another one etc.....
Just off the top of my head I can state that high amounts of caffeine on it's own raise blood pressure, promotes bad health, and increases the risk of heart problems. And that's without going into all the other crap in red bull.....
Every now and then I have the ocassional one but I wouldn't advise having any more than an one or two a week on average, certainly not 3 a day.
Deaths have been attributed to Red Bull though they have been very rare. As with anything, moderation is the key, but I recommend not using Red Bull as a mixer.
well it sounds like you are definitely addicted already
Try reducing it as much as possible (1 a night or so) for a couple of weeks. Then try for 1 every 2 days etc....
