I have one stretch mark (as far as I know)
its on the top of my leg...thing is though...I have always been really skinny and I always thought that only overweight or pregnant women got them...is it just because I stretched when I was getting taller....
as you can see im a bit clueless and need a bit of insight....
thanks... <IMG SRC="smile.gif" border="0" ALT="icon">
oh and yeh...is it true that they never EVER go away because it kinda annoys me....

They can occur anywhere the skin has been stretched.
Teenagers having growth spurts are likely to get stretch marks, as is anyone who gains or loses a significant amount of weight in a short period of time.
They will fade over time to a silvery-grey colour although they will never go completely.
Some people use cocoa butter as they believe this helps them too fade.
Don't worry about it, most women (and some men) have them.

That could have caused them.
I have loads cos when I was a student I ate like a pig and was a fat goth. then when I came home I realised how big I'd got and lost the weight really fast so now I'm stuck with them forever and I don't even have a baby to show for it AWWWWWW!
Well you know how to solve that one <IMG SRC="wink.gif" border="0" ALT="icon">
