I have a serious problem of snoring. It is not just normal type of snoring, but I snort really LOUD! Sometimes I wake myself up from the noise I made.
It was ok I can ignore that when I am on my own. But it could be very embarrassing when there is somebody next to me. I remember when I was with my ex, she sometimes told me that she didn't sleep very well because of my snorting. Sometimes she moved me to one side in the middle of the night. I just felt so embarrassed. So usually I let her go to sleep first and hope that she could have a good sleep.
The problem is this isn't under my control at all!! When I have another girlfriend, I certainly don't want the same thing to happen again. I've heard that there is some sort of medicine to cure snoring. Anyone knows if there is anything I can do to make me stop snoring?
