Bad PMS

Hi I suffer from really bad spells of depresion about a week before my period is due. Does anyone know how to help this? <IMG SRC="frown.gif" border="0" ALT="icon">

    aww your not alone with that! crazy hormones argg - Go and see your Dr and explain how you feel, or write it out on paper and give it to them to read if you feel that would be easier. Theres no need to suffer with PMS badly nowadays, they will be able to give you something to help!
