An idea for the Ghost of Kurt Cobain!!

Hey!

I was just reading the post you made about going to a wedding and wanting to lose a bit of weight, but I couldn't reply cos the topic has been closed!

Anyway, have you thought about trying a body wrap? You probably won't lose as much weight as you want to, but it's perfect for occasions such as weddings when people want to lose a few inches so they can fit into their outfits.

I'm not sure whether you've heard of body wraps before, so if you haven't here's what's involved: the beautician will ask you what kinda wrap you want first of all; full body, half body etc etc, then he/she will rub some oils into your body to help with circulation or whatever, then they'll begin wrapping you in bandages. It's really hard to move for a start hehe! Neway once they've wrapped you up like a mummy they may put you in like a plastic suit thing to keep the heat in so you sweat off inches while you're exercising. Some places don't make you exercise, but when I had my wrap I exercised!!

In the end I did lose a lot of inches, but I had to drink lots of water and try not to have too much alcohol. But if you're looking for a quick and fairly cheap method of losing a few inches before the wedding then go for it!

I hope that's helped <IMG alt="image" alt="image" SRC="smile.gif" border="0">

    Not a good idea.

By wrapping your body up you may lose water, but certainly no fat. You therefore run the risk of becoming dehydrated, which is never good.

You don't get dehydrated, you get covered in special oils to stop it! It's all safe and is actually good for you... hav you ever had it done? Probably not.
Oh and by the way, you do actually lose inches...it's proven!

Sorry I don't believe you. How does it work? How can rubbing oil over the skin and covering it in cling film help to lose weight? Unless you can provide this 'proof' I will stick by my post.

I'm with Kentish on this one.....

    It's actually good for you
Where did you hear that? I'd like to look, point and laugh - losing large amounts of water is BAD for you. Says EVERYONE who knows what they are talking about when it comes to the body (unless they are getting paid lots of money to say otherwise)

You don't get dehydrated, you get covered in special oils to stop it!
Does anyone here know of any oils that stop you fromsewating completly? ANYONE AT ALL? No? I'm not supprised..... gimic number 2... smelly oils.

Oh and by the way, you do actually lose inches...it's proven!
Yes, in water - what do you think sweat is made of you stupid turd? I somehow peole sweat liquid fat.....

but I had to drink lots of water and try not to have too much alcohol.
Now why do you think that is? Because you lost water? <Sarcasm> No. of course not, it's beacuse you lost no water at all just fat </sarcasm> STUPID STUPID STUPID

but it's perfect for occasions such as weddings when people want to lose a few inches so they can fit into their outfits.
Ever cared to think why it's only temporary? Because you lose water NOT FAT and after a while your body tops up it's levels again. So what do you get? Same size in the end AND you have done damage to your bodt.

    GOD YOU STUPID T****R

And if you try to say "It's proven" Alex will back me up I'm sure and noone will say that alex doesn't know what he's talking about, he always makes clear and concise posts, and has yet to post any wrong info....

The inch loss is due to dehydration and is only temporary.

Crash weight loss is potentially dangerous, and we do not promote it on TheSite.org.
