My mate told me about this tiny rash he has down near his gems,he said its not on them and when he moves it it moves with the skin,he said theres no pain.he rides his bike alot,could that be the problem with the leg rubbing against it,he just wants abit of info on what it could be cus his scared to death just been tryin to calm him down.
