Hey, i've got a wedding coming up I have to go to and I'm renting a suit for it. I'm a 36 waist and I don't like it! I've been on a diet for a few weeks and its slowly but surely working but I really want to shed as much blubber as possible by next friday <IMG alt="image" alt="image" SRC="eek.gif" border="0">

So i know it won't do my body any good in the long run and it'll go straight back on, but what do the super diets consist of? As soon as this thing's over I'll go back to the slow and steady way of losing weight. Remember people, time is of the essence!

Do not starve yourself. You will feel ill and possibly faint. I am not certain, but don't think 36 is that huge for a bloke. Just get a well fitting suit. Do lots of sit ups and crunches, and cut fat out of your diet. Eat 3 meals a day of lots of fruit and veg.

    KT's got it.

Even with an extreme starvation diet, you will struggle to shed much before Friday.

And if you do, you will end up putting more weight on when you start eating again.

Cut down (but do not eliminate) fat, and sugary foods. Eat lots of veg to fill you up, and exercise more e.g. every time you go upstairs, go back down and up again - you'll be surprised how much of a difference silly bits of extra exercise like this will make.
