  I think just general paracetamol would be better for a temperature than ibuprofen as that's really a pain killer and paracetamol is something else. But ibuprofen doesnt contain paracetamol so you can take them both *or so i was told when i had to take them for tonsilitus*

  Thanks never really thought about that. Yeah my doctor said the other day i could take paracetamol aswell for my headaches.
