hey, this has been a problem for me for ages now.
I dunno if any other guys have this. I have these little weird spots on my nob. Its like wwwhoooah! this isnt cool at all! they are kinda white and small, and u can hardly squeze them. Its like little white heads. I went to my doctor about 2 years ago, and he said not to worry and its just bits of dirt and stuff, and loads of guys get it. But I DONT WANT IT! And I dont wanna go back to the doctors. It took enough out of me to even go in the first place.
Ive tried washing my dick more, and Ive tried clearasel spot face wash thingy cream. Ive even attacked my dick with a foot stone thingy. (OUCH!) But the scabs just healed up and the wee spots stayed.
MAN THIS SUCKS!
Im scared to do anyhting with girls now. I hate this so much.
oh..... I bash the bishop quite a lot. Maybe thats got something to do with it. not obsessivly though.... maybe twice a day, or more, or sometimes I can go for a few days without doing it. So I guess Im normal that way.

My mate had something like this but they were on his scrotum. The spots are harmless - sebaceous cysts caused by the natural oil in your skin coming out but being blocked by either dirt in your pores (which doesn't mean that you are dirty because it's easy for a piece of dust to get lodged in your skin) or hair follicles.
If it really bothers you, you can have them removed in a very quick and easy op with local anesthetic.

I have small white dots on my testicles, theyre hair follicles I think, so its nothing bad to worry about. But for your own piece of mind go and see the doc again.
it is under my foreskin and they look really bad.
I'm also scared 2 do anything with girls.
