You can buy things to put in shoes to make them smell beautiful. Odour Eaters I think they are called. Worth a try. If not just wash your feet more often.

Then dump the slippers... EASY! <IMG alt="image" alt="image" SRC="wink.gif" border="0"> <IMG alt="image" alt="image" SRC="wink.gif" border="0">

Muppet, alcohol dehydrates. You'll sweat more!
I agree that drinking a cold drink will help you cool down, but it won't stop you sweating. As you drink water it equilibrates to body temperature pretty quickly, so having a cold drink only has a short-term effect.
Drinking more water simply means your kidneys get rid of more, and you wee more.
Unless you were talking about dehydration, which is an extreme, and not really relevant for the sweaty feet issue.
Well I know for a fact that to chemically break down alcohol you need water. Although it also true that chemicals in drinks contribute - that's why you should never drink the scum at the bottom of the bottle.
Well actually that's only half the story, alcohol raises the temperature and so you sweat more, the chemicals in it help contribute towards the disorientation felt the next morning.
Interesting fact, if you want to get pissed quick drink sherry or stuff around 20% cause any higher and it irritates the system so takes longer to be absorbed but happens all at once Hence:
Beers and Larger = gradually get drunk
Sherry = pissed quick
Spirits = nothing for a while and suddenly drunk with little/ no transistion period
Just my $2.
Actually you're right. Alcohol does cause vasodilation --> makes you feel warm.
But it isn't a diuretic - that's what I meant. </STRONG>
That's simply dilution though isn't it? Don't flatter yourself: $0.02 methinks <IMG alt="image" alt="image" SRC="tongue.gif" border="0">
