  Lots of places don't work between Christmas and New Year, so try from Tuesday next week.

  tho I guess it measn rent for this month form home, then rent for next month for the new place and then the bond as well.

  well I run them.
  
  its a joint tenancy, so you are liable if some1 else doesnt pay the rent, though they said they would go to the guanrentors first and then go for the other tenents, tho they claimed this never happened before.
  
  Can't put a lock on my bedrom door. Apperneltly no internal dorrs can have locks, I am not sure if this includes the toilets tho.
  
  £300 bond straight away, plus rent plus and admin fee of £65 plus anothe fee of £25 for references...
  
  I have to say, it has put me off a bit, considering the money I would save if I stayed at home...
