    I heard about that. Tis a horrible position for the government to be putting mothers in, They should've just announced it on jan 1st.

    almost £17,000 for making a baby, that's pretty decent, bet my friend who had triplets wishes they'd had that in place here.

    But those born even a minute earlier will not be covered by the scheme.

    Surely midwives/OB-GYNs wouldn't be so cruel as to pin point the exact minute of birth if it got to the stage of being 23.59?
