Dipped in chocolate

We're getting the chocolate fountain out again Saturday as we're having a Christmas party. Do you think chestnuts, roasted at home, would be nice in chocolate or are they too sweet already ?

There's some in the fridge. Not bad actually, tried 'em before i bought 'em and for British strawberries in the winter they're not bad.

Yes, but only nasty shit like Cadburys'. If it's got a high cocoa content, like 60%+ then you have to add very little, if any. We've got special fountain chocolate that you don't have to add oil too. Bit expensive though.

Very much so. You can get a fountain for about £25 now. We use Giles & Posner chocolate that's made for fountains. It's a bit expensive at £11.99p for a 900g bag, but it's not as if we use it all week :)

The unit takes about 5 minutes to heat up, chocolate you can do in the microwave, in the bag and takes 4 minutes

oooh i loove chocolate fountains

i went to a wedding reception 3 weeks ago and there was one! i must have been up there about 20 times scoffing myself throughout the whole thing!

chestnuts do sound nice tho! and if youre not getting some already, i would recommend getting grapes (green are nicest!), marshmallows, fudge (the squares of it) and those mini doughnut things :yum: (saying this from experience hehe!!)

    doughnuts are the nicest :)
