Watchdog proformers & banking charges

A little while back Watchdog done a thing on unfair bank charges and they had some proformers on the site for you to use when contacting the bank about unfair charges but I cannot find them, anyone have them or know where I Can get them?

    theres a thread in this forum about unfair bank charges. in the thread there was a link to a website where you can download template letters and they give you instructions on how to claim the money back. i did it for my mum and she got all her money back :)

    I've been to the money saving site, thought I'd look at the watchdog ones but they will do just fine.

    Lipsy, what bank is your muma with?
