Either and Neither

Do you pronounce them 'neIther/eIther' or nEither/Either'?

I pronounce 'Neither' both ways depending on what I'm saying, but more often 'nEither'.
I always pronounce 'Either' in the Either way too.

    Neether/eether, usually.

Neither varies a bit though for some reason, seems to depend on the sentence

i want to say nEither (the correct English way) but force myself to say nIether (American) because ... people don't like the former. Not the ones i know.

Both vary for me, depending on how it comes better. I don't think about it really.
