serious pop up problem

ive got a really really important on-line form to fill out, but the problem is my internet explorer pop up blocker wont allow me to use the pull-down menus on the form, as it keeps saying they are pop ups. im going off my head, ive tried turning the pop up blocker off, putting the website address in the allowed list, but nowt works.

please help me!!!!!!! i am effing desperate tbh.

    Download Mozilla Firefox because explorer sucks anyway...

    firefox doesnt work for me. whenever i try to open it, it always says 'this program had to close, send eror report, etc'. tried re-installing it and its just the same.

    Check to see if you've got another pop-up blocker installed, e.g. Google/Yahoo toolbar or maybe included with your internet security apps.
